Limited Sauna Warranty
Steemd Wellness Inc. (“Steemd”) warrants to the original purchaser that each new Steemd outdoor sauna purchased from Steemd or an authorized dealer is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or commercial use, when installed and maintained according to Steemd instructions. Coverage begins on the date of delivery. This warranty is non-transferable.

What this warranty does not cover
- Damage from improper installation, incorrect electrical connection, lack of a level pad, or failure to follow Steemd instructions.
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, modification, or unauthorized repair.
- Acts of God, flooding, fire, pests, power surge, freight damage after delivery acceptance, or causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship.
- Consumables (sauna stones, buckets, ladles) and labour, travel, crane, electrician, or reinstallation costs unless Steemd agrees in writing.
- Heater claims administered solely by the heater manufacturer (Harvia, Narvi, Homecraft, or as specified on the invoice).
How to make a claim
Contact Steemd or your selling dealer with the original proof of purchase, delivery date, model, photos of the issue, and a brief description. Do not return parts or schedule work until Steemd issues written authorization. If a covered part fails, Steemd supplies the replacement part as described on this card. Labor is not included unless Steemd authorizes it in writing. That is your sole remedy. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished and do not restart the original warranty period.
Warranty limitations and limited liability
This limited warranty is the only warranty Steemd gives, to the extent the law allows. Steemd does not give any other express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Steemd’s total liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the covered part, or, at Steemd’s option, a refund not to exceed what the original purchaser paid for that part. Steemd is not liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages (including damage to other property, lost use, or lost profits). Some states and provinces do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. You may have other rights that vary by jurisdiction. Any legal action under this warranty must be started within one (1) year after the claim arises. That one-year period is a deadline to start a legal claim, not the length of product coverage shown above.
